Maya beach on phi phi islands is another attraction. This beach has no accomodation but is a must visit for scuba diving and viewing coral life and fishes. This is the beach where the film "The Beach" was filmed.
You can take a day's trip from Phuket and cover both Phi Phi beach island as well as Maya beach. The best time to visit is from December to March.
