Beihai Silver Beach

The Beihai Silver Beach in south west China's Guangxi province is one of the best beaches of China. It is located about 10km to the south of Beihai and the white sandy beach stretches for almost 2km. The beach gets its name from its soft and silvery sand glittering in the sunlight and moonlight. The average seawater temperature is a comfortable 23C throughout the year. One of the best sights for tourists is the row of guesthouses and villas built in different styles near the sea coast, perfect for staying. The city of Beihai is almost 2000 years old with charming buildings in the local architectural style.
